Final Forms
All families must complete FinalForms for their emergency contacts and information to be up to date.
FinalForms allows you to complete and sign back-to-school forms and athletic participation for your children. The best part is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice!
FinalForms also pre-populates information, wherever possible, for each of your family members, saving you time!
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current for the 2020-2021 school year. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after may update.
A separate email with instructions will be sent on October 1 from FinalForms to get started.
For our athletic parents in grades 7-12, please utilize your existing FinalForms logins.
